Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Items that show signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or missing accessories may not be eligible for a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards

  • Digital or downloadable products (if applicable)

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method

  • Processing time may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after processing:

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need an exchange, please contact us with clear photos or videos of the issue.

Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
